Classroom Technology Integration Guide and Lesson Plans
This manual of ideas and lesson plans grew out of work with teachers in three middle schools in Community School District 5 in New York City. Vision Education is credited with designing and compiling the finished product.
The teachers who participated in this project inspired the ideas and curricular themes for these lessons. In some cases the lessons were designed by teachers and implemented in their classrooms. Some lessons have been rewritten, benefiting from the experience gained in their trial run. Other lessons have been designed based on individual curriculum, needs and technology resources.
This resource is due to support by a generous grant from the Greenwall Foundation.
Young Women's Tech Curriculum
MOUSE's after-school program, Young Women's Tech, brought New York City high school girls together with professional women in the new media industry to learn technology skills through building an online magazine. The curriculum is presented here for your use.
